In Good Company is the club and loyalty programme for properties managed by Espais Roca SL, Espais Roca Ltd, and Espais Roca Portugal LDA. This includes, but is not limited to properties including Casa Roca, Canto de Luz, and 14 Acres as well as Espais Roca Vacation Rental properties.
It’s an open, free membership programme designed to reward our guests and encourage repeat guest bookings through our official websites: espaisroca.com, casaroca.com, cantodeluz.com, and 14acres.co.uk amongst others.
1. Acceptance and Registration
Access to the programme and the use of services offered through our websites imply the express acceptance of the following:
- Acceptance of the Privacy Policy of the respective booking website.
- Agreement to receive commercial communications, including exclusive “In Good Company” offers, early access to events, and brand news by email, as well as other communications by sms or Whatsapp.
- Registration Requirements: To ensure account security, members must provide a first name, last name, date of birth, country of residence, a unique personal email address, and a secure password.
The customer is solely responsible for safeguarding their password. Espais Roca operating companies shall not be held liable for damages resulting from unauthorised use of the account by third parties.
2. Purpose of the Programme
The aim of In Good Company is to reward the loyalty of our guests through exclusive benefits, personalised content, and experiences—such as access to our speakeasy bars and curated events—designed to enhance the stay before, during, and after arrival.
Eligibility:
- Benefits are reserved for individuals of legal age who book directly via our official websites.
- Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and linked to the email address used at registration.
- Bookings made through third-party agencies or commissionable channels are not eligible for programme benefits.
3. Membership Levels
Tiers are determined by the cumulative number of nights stayed across any property in the Espais Roca portfolio, provided they are booked directly.

Note: Level upgrades occur after the completion of the stay in which the milestone was reached. New benefits apply to the subsequent booking.

The following benefits are subject to availability and property-specific conditions (e.g., speakeasy access at Casa Roca or farm experiences at 14 Acres).

5. Validity and Modifications
The In Good Company programme is valid for bookings made directly on our official website.
Espais Roca reserves the right to:
- Modify the list of participating properties (Casa Roca, Canto de Luz, 14 Acres, etc.) at any time.
- Adjust, suspend, or cancel programme benefits, levels, or terms without prior notice.
- Exclude specific promotional offers from being combined with loyalty discounts.
