A culinary experience, demonstration and class where you will learn to whip up amazing Mallorcan Tapas

The Starter – A gastronomic chef led tour of the famous Olivar Market, sourcing the freshest ingredients. After the 10 minute walk to the kitchen at Casa Roca, you will enjoy a merienda of a Barista coffee & Ensaimada before getting down to business.

Main Course – Expect a hands-on culinary workshop. After seeing the chef at work, you will make the dishes yourself.

Dessert – Finally, enjoy eating the fruits of your labors with a crisp glass Mallorcan wine with your classmates.

For Take Away – Each participant leaves with a goodie bag of recipes and a memento from the experience.
